There are (40) Categories of meditation in Myanmar. The famous meditation are Samatha, Vipassana, and Anapana. ‘Samatha’ is calm, ‘Vipassana’ is insight and ‘ Anapana ‘ is breathing in and breathing out. Behavior of mediation who is sitting motionless and breathing with eyes shut or who is walking, eating and lying down all too slowly. By meditation, it make reduce the stresses and one of good medicine for health. Therefore everyone should meditate. Nowadays, it is very popular not only for Buddhists but also for foreigners.
